One of the campaign against the opposition All Progressives Congress, APC presidential flag bearer, Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari by the ruling Peoples Democratic Party, PDP is his age.
The PDP and its allies have constantly come hard on Buhari, stating that at 72, he could not stand the rigour of governance, especially that of the presidency of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Prominent among these age proponents is Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, who even went so desperate to the extent of wishing the former general dead in no
time.
